Char and Kurt welcome Deputy Chief Tammy Malphurs of the Volusia County Beach Safety Ocean Rescue (BSOR)…what we commonly refer to as Beach Patrol.  Tammy shares with us a little bit of what goes on behind the scenes in regards to the changes with Beach Patrol.  She gives us insights on what it takes to become a lifeguard and more!  They keep our beaches and visitors safe and too often go unnoticed.
